Renewal is one of the fastest growing and one of the most recognized and respected brand names in the industry. We are locally owned and in business since 1985. Multiple crews are needed due to high volume and continued growth. This is a sub-contractor position. Plenty of installations to keep you very busy! YEAR ROUND WORK ONLY -- This is not a fill in or part-time role. Top Installer Crews earn $2,500-$5,000+ per week Compensation: Paid per installed window, patio door and/or door per completed job. We also offer bonus and Aflac. Will be responsible for the installation and service of our custom manufactured replacement windows and doors within the Houston and surrounding areas. Our homeowners value integrity, quality, and expect great service. We service the Greater Houston and surrounding area. An installer ensures work site set up, performs window and patio door removal and installations. Performs work site tear down and clean-up of the entire job site in the accordance with Renewal by Andersen's guidelines. Requirements • 5+ years minimum experience as a Residential Window and Door Replacement Crew. • Excellent Carpentry skills • History of Superior Workmanship • Ownership of hand and power tools, truck, and trailer • DBA (Doing Business As) or LLC (Limited Liability Company) • Must carry or have the ability to obtain required general liability insurance and auto amounts • Certified Lead Renovator or have the ability to obtain • Customer Service Oriented • Ability to pass a criminal background check We value integrity and quality if you share these values and possess the above requirements we are interested in hearing from you!
