Constable Mark Herman's Office apprehends teen in stolen vehicle case

On August 3, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office initiated a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle in the 17200 block of Rolling Creek.
 
The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a brief pursuit.
 
During the pursuit, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed.
 
The driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot.
 
After a brief pursuit, the driver was apprehended and identified as a sixteen year old juvenile male.
