Families Feeding Families Event to Provide Thanksgiving Meals for Those in Need
Guest Speaker at the Tomball Lions Club meeting on Friday, November 10th, will be Mr. Richard Gatewood, Owner of Gatewood and Associates Commercial Real Estate in Tomball, and Director and Founding Member of Families Feeding Families.
Families Feeding Families is organized by business people and community volunteers.
The goal of the group is to provide a meal for the day before Thanksgiving that will feed people in need.
They serve those that need a hot meal, those in need of companionship or those that need a prayer and or a hug!
They serve a traditional Thanksgiving meal with all of the trimmings.
In addition, health services are provided (flu shots, haircuts, vision screening) and free giveaways.
We hope that families will come out that day to volunteer together!
The event will be held on November 22nd, from 11:00 am t0 2:00 PM in the Salem Community Center, 22601 Lutheran Church Rd. in Tomball.
