According to reports from PCT 4, on March 20, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 12500 block of Beauline Abby Street in Tomball in reference to a vehicle that struck a fence that bordered two homes. Constable Deputies observed the driver to be slumped back against the seat, foaming from the mouth and appeared to be having a seizure.
The vehicle was locked, so a deputy broke the passenger side window to tend to the driver until EMS personnel arrived. EMS advised that the male was suffering from a drug overdose and needed to be transported to a local hospital. Before being transported, Constable Deputies located a bag containing 6 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine in the driver's pant pocket and four firearms inside his vehicle. The driver was identified as Christian Espique.
