Constable Deputies arrested an armed driver for allegedly pointing his firearm at another vehicle during a road rage incident.
According to reports from PCT 4, on August 13, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 30000 block of Tomball Parkway East in reference to a road rage incident between two drivers.
Upon deputies arriving, the victim stated that while traveling on the Tomball Parkway he made a lane change in front of another vehicle and the driver then pulled next to him, rolled down his window and pointed a firearm at the victim.
The victim described the firearm that the suspect displayed and Constable Deputies were able to locate it in the suspects vehicle. The suspect was detained and identified as Marcos Vasquez.
"Marcos Vasquez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Disorderly Conduct with a Firearm. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 11." - Constable Mark Herman
