On November 27, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle in the 13100 block of Gatton Park Drive.
 
The driver was identified as Jacoby Smith and the two passengers as Earl Razor and Jamarcus Buford.
 
During the course of the investigation, Jacoby Smith was found to be in possession of a loaded firearm.
 
The vehicle was recovered and returned to the rightful owner.
 
"They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail.
 
Jacoby Smith was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.
 
His bond was set at $2,600.00 out of the 178th District Court.
 
Earl Razor and Jamarcus Buford were charged with Criminal Trespass of a Motor Vehicle.
 
They each received a $100.00 bond out of County Court 2." - Constable Mark Herman
