The City of Tomball has a Drought Contingency Plan that specifies water conservation requirements in stages according to daily demand and production capacity.
Currently, the City is implementing a Stage 1 Mild Drought Contingency and, in response, is encouraging all residents and businesses to begin practicing voluntary conservation strategies.
