Constables Arrest Driver Who Fled Scene Of A CrashOn March 9, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 19800 block of Kenswick Drive in reference to a motor vehicle crash.Upon deputies arriving, it was discovered that the at fault driver fled the scene.
