The Harris County Commissioners Court approved $8.5M in ARPA funding to support the Early Childhood Impact Fund.
 
Through community partnerships, the program aims to identify, evaluate, and scale the most impactful, cost-effective solutions for improving prenatal, infant, and early childhood and family outcomes.
 
This 2nd round of funding was awarded to Collaborative for Children, Kid’s Meals, and Rupani Foundation.
