The Tomball Police Department Criminal Investigations Division are asking for your assistance in identifying this suspect who "short changed" the cashier at Walmart.
Suspect Description: Adult Male, Late 30's - 50's, between 5'3 - 5'9, black shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
