Constable's deputy apprehends suspect in hit and run incident
On August 29, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 19500 block of Sandy Woods Drive in reference to a hit and run crash.
It was discovered that the suspect struck two parked vehicles on the street and became inoperable after the second crash.
The suspect was detained and identified as Carlos Cristobal Anderson.
He was found to have an open alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle but a breathalyzer test resulted in a BAC of 0.00.
"Carlos Cristobal Anderson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Fail to Stop Give Information.
His bond and court information have not been set at this time.” -Constable Mark Herman
