Constable Mark's Office apprehends suspect altering license plate
On September 7, 2023, a sergeant with Constable Mark's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with an altered license plate in 11800 block of Huffmeister Road.
The driver was identified as Jason Rodriguez.
Further investigation revealed that the plate displayed was intentionally and knowing tampered with.
The plate numbers were partially altered to simulate other numbers than the original numbers.
"Jason Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Display Fictitious License Plate.
His bond was set at $500.00 out of County Court 4." - Constable Mark Herman
