Disturbance in Willow Park View results in arrest and assault chargesOn September 14, 2023 deputies with Constable Mark's Office responded to the 10500 block of Willow Park View in reference to a disturbance. Upon deputies arriving, investigation revealed that known suspect, Jeremy Gilmore, physically assaulted a disabled person and a female victim during a verbal altercation. As deputies attempted to detain him, he began to physically resist by kicking, pushing and spitting at deputies. After a brief struggle, he was safely detained. He then threatened to kill the deputies on scene. "Jeremy Gilmore was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail charged with two counts of Assault on a Peace Officer, Injury to Disabled and Assault. His total bond was set at $100,000.00 out of the 182nd District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
