Male Suspect Apprehended for Theft and Evading Arrest at Walmart
On November 1, 2023, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Walmart located in the 4200 block of North Freeway in reference to a shoplifter at the location.
Upon deputies arriving, they were advised that a male suspect concealed merchandise and passed all points of sale without purchasing the concealed merchandise.
Constable Deputies attempted to make contact with the male but he evaded on foot.
After a quick foot pursuit, the male was apprehended and identified as Glen Graham.
Further investigation revealed that he had multiple prior convictions for Theft.
"Glen Graham was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Felony Theft and Evading Arrest.
His total bond was set at $7,500.00 out of the 248th District Court."- Constable Mark Herman
